Sales and service are exemplary. I bought my first RV from the show this past May and took an extended trip two days after I took delivery. Mark, service mgr, was always available to take my calls when I found myself out of my comfort zone and discovered You Tube / owners manuals woefully lacking.
Sales team was amazing. Financing our new motor home was easy! However, SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! We purchased a brand new motor home in November. Took it in to the service department to repair a few manufacturer flaws at the beginning of January, 2017. We still don't have it back!! We've been lied to about progress, ignored, and generally given the runaround. At one point we were told they lost our service ticket. We've been paying monthly payments and storage fees on a motor home and I can't even remember what it looks like. This is, by far, THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!
This is not the place you want to purchase your rv. You will be treated nice when purchasing but after the purchase.. Good Luck ..We have been waiting weeks now for The owners Martin and Phil to take care of their promise to us for to get back with us and take care of our complaints about the oven they installed in our brand new trailer. They showed us a picture of the oven that would be installed but what they put in was a different oven and they install was horrible and unprofessional..clearly a bait and switch.. We have made multiple phone calls ..emails . And now we have contacted other means to address this problem.. they clearly do mot care about customer service.. please go to another dealer. We leep the reviews coming and on other review sites to let people know what is happening and if they will stand up and do what is right..
When it's time to 'trade up,' I'll definitely go back to Anthem RV.
Only place to purchase an RV customer service is amazing. Family owned and operated Phil is amazing. Will only purchase RVs from here. They have earned my business.
